High purity water is essential to an incredible number of products and services, from ultrapure water used in semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing to spot-free rinsing of cars. These applications require constant and highly accurate measurements. The Hydro-Check Systems’ 414R-HP series resistivity Monitor-Controllers are designed for high-accuracy measurement of high-purity and ultrapure water systems, including mixed bed deionization, distillation, and double-pass reverse osmosis. It ranges from 15 kilohms/cm to 18 megohms/cm, all temperature compensated, with custom high and low set-points. The front panel has 3 buttons for easy programming of the set-points and easy-to-see green and red LEDs to display the water quality relative to the set-points. The front panel also has a 4-digit LCD display for megaohm/cm and temperature.
The 414R-HP includes a controller with an SPDT relay for connecting valves, alarms, or other custom equipment. The relay has a delay adjustment of 0 – 120 seconds to compensate for rinse-up times or other anticipated delays.
The 414R-HP is available in 2 power options. The first is 110/220VAC. It also comes in a 24VAC choice (414R-HP-24V).
For customers who need additional information, the 414R-HP comes with an optional output (414R-HP-520 and 414R-HP-24V-520). The output has 3 options, 0-5VDC, 4-20mA, and 0-20mA, all of which are isolated and are selectable as part of the installation.
The 414R-HP series requires a CS10S sensor.
